A signature Spanish product

The flat peach Paraguayo is one of the most characteristic and commercially important summer fruits in Spain. A flat variety of peach, with white or yellow flesh. Very sweet with high brix, low acidity and easy to eat. Very popular both in Spain and in Europe. Paraguayo originates from a natural mutation of peach from China, but Spain has become a key producer, mainly in Murcia and Catalonia, but also in Valencia, Aragón and Extremadura.
